Carrot Harvest and Anna's Back!!! ~ By Victoria

A few days ago while Caroline and I were tearing down the garden, I realized we had a big section of carrots that we had not pulled up yet! It probably took an hour or more to pull all these carrots and there were some HUGE ones! I ate one and it was really good. :o)

I got so tired of washing them I gave up about half way through and we threw the rest of the carrots to the horses!

 Anna is back!

We have had a black tri Australian Shepherd named Anna for several years. Around Lydia's wedding when our lives were crazily busy, we decided to find Anna a new home as she was getting neglected and needed a home that could give her more attention. We ( Valerie and I especially) LOVED Anna very much and shed many tears when she went to our friends house. We knew she went to a great home, but it was still very hard to see her go! About a week ago, our friends emailed and said they moved and can no longer have Anna. So, we went and got Anna back yesterday and are SOOOO happy to have her back! She is the best dog ever and we all love her very much! She was gone for 5 months but still went bounding up the stairs and jumped on my bed last night. :o) She remembers all her tricks and knows where everything is at the house still. It is pretty amazing.

                                              And.... Anna is MINE this time! :o)
